Soft-serve, made
by a robot arm.

A robot arm pulls the soft-serve, ribbons the jam through it and drops your toppings — a finished cup in about forty-five seconds, with nobody behind the counter.

One email when it opens — the date, the address and a code for a free signature dessert. Nothing else, ever.

Already trading

Not a concept company. The first robot is already pouring.

STARBOT Vol. I — the coffee unit — has been trading at City St George’s, University of London: a robot arm serving around 150 cups a day from £2.00, with nobody behind the counter. Vol. III runs on the same chassis, the same arm, the same app and the same refill route. Different recipe, proven machine.

Questions

Everything people ask us.

The first three are for anyone who just wants a dessert. The rest are the questions venues ask on the partnerships call.

When and where can I actually buy one?

The first Frozen Desserts units open in London in Q2 2027, after Bubble Tea in Q1. Sites are being confirmed with venue partners now, so we cannot name the address yet — the waitlist email carries it, along with the opening date, before it goes anywhere else.

What does joining the waitlist actually get me?

One email. It gives you the opening date, the address, and a code for a free signature dessert on opening day. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no passing your address to anyone else.

How much will a dessert cost?

We haven't set it. Pricing is agreed with each venue when the first units go in, and everybody on the waitlist hears it before opening day rather than at the screen.

What's the install footprint?

1.95 m² plus queue space in front. The cabinet is 1500 × 1300 × 2180 mm, crates at 400–750 kg and comes in on a pallet jack.

What power does it need?

Single-phase 110 / 220–240 V AC — 3.5 kW standard, 4.5 kW peak. The compressor is on board, so no external refrigeration feed and no kitchen extract.

How long is install?

Half a day from arrival, including the telemetry handshake and a smoke-test scoop.

Who fills and services it?

We do — roughly one refill a day on a single-operator route, with telemetry alerts before any tank runs low.

What's the revenue model?

Revenue share or a fixed monthly lease. Frozen desserts skew to summer evenings and weekends, so we model both against your own footfall rather than quoting a flattering annual average.

Lead time on a unit?

Six to eight weeks from signed order to install. Frozen Desserts opens Q2 2027, after Bubble Tea in Q1.

Vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free options?

Yes — the flavour line-up is configurable per site, so vegan, dairy-free and no-added-sugar bases can run alongside dairy. Everything is labelled on screen with allergen information before payment.
