The unit

One machine. Two shells.

The robot, the twin order screens, the grinder and the supply columns are identical in both. What changes is the shell around them — an indoor canopy for lobbies, atriums and concourses, or a weather canopy for forecourts, campuses and open plazas. Manufacturer renders, in Starbot livery.

What does it cost?

£1,790 a month on a five-year lease, with nothing to pay up front, and the kiosk is yours at the end of the term. That is the only entry price we quote — no separate purchase figure, no per-site haggling. Coffee, cups and milk are supplied by us and billed on what you actually sell, and every operating number is already public on this site.

Why only one format?

Because three ways in produced three different answers to the same question, and the people we most want to work with are the ones who check the arithmetic. One published figure is easier to trust and faster to decide on. Rentals are also an allowable business expense, so the payment comes off taxable profit — your accountant will confirm what that is worth to you.

What comes with the machine?

Delivery, installation and commissioning on your site, and staff walk-through on the day. Service and restocking arrangements are agreed per site — an owned machine can still be on our full service route.

How long from order to a working kiosk?

Confirmed on quote. What we can promise is how light the install is: a corner of floor, a single socket, no plumbing — the kiosk runs from a refillable water supply — so there is no building work on the critical path. The exact figures are on the spec sheet above.

Can we see one working before we commit?

Yes. There is a unit trading at City St George's, University of London, and we host visits. Watching the arm work a lunch queue answers more questions than this page can.
