This policy explains how SERVICE BOTS LTD (trading as STARBOT), registered in England & Wales under company number 15772902, registered office 44 Broadway, London, England, E15 1XH ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data on this website.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit — name, email address, phone number, company name and the answers you choose in our enquiry form (venue type, location, interest).
• Usage data — pages visited and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

2. How we use it

• To respond to your partnership or franchise enquiry and manage our relationship with you (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
• To operate, improve and secure this website.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (with your consent where required).

3. Where it goes

Enquiry data is stored in our customer relationship management system. We also share limited data (hashed email/phone) with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd via the Meta Conversions API and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel and may use Google advertising tags. These set cookies (such as _fbp) that help us measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site works without them.

5. AI assistant

The chat and voice assistant on this site is an AI — it says so in its first message. Conversations are processed by ElevenLabs, Inc. to generate responses and to let us review quality; they are not used to train public models. Do not share sensitive personal information with the assistant. Anything you would rather tell a person: hello@starbot.co.uk. The assistant only stores data in your browser after you choose to open it.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter a business relationship or you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
